Maple Bacon Monkey Bread


  • 2 packs of Candied Bacon Jerky (order here)
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuits
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¾ cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup maple syrup


  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Spray a bundt pan with oil
  • Remove candied bacon jerky from bags and crumble; set aside
  • Cut each biscuits into quarters and place in a mixing bowl
  • In a separate bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon
  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over biscuits and toss to coat; set aside
  • Melt butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup together in a saucepan, whisking until smooth
  • Put half of the crumbled bacon in the bottom of the bundt pan
  • Top with half of the biscuits and another layer of bacon
  • Finish with the rest of the biscuits
  • Pour the butter mixture over the biscuits
  • Bake 30 – 35 minutes, until the top is puffed and golden brown
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes
  • Run a knife along the sides of the pan to make sure nothing is sticking and then invert onto serving platter
  • Enjoy!
